IL NUOVO REGOLAMENTO GENERALE SULLA PROTEZIONE DEI DATI
Il 25 Maggio 2018 è entrato in vigore il nuovo regolamento generale sulla protezione dei dati (GDPR, General Data Protection Regulation), un regolamento con il quale la Commissione europea intende uniformare la protezione dei dati personali dei cittadini dell’Unione Europea. Il regolamento si applica a tutte le aziende che trattano dati di cittadini europei, anche se queste non hanno sede all’interno dell’Unione.
TRATTAMENTO DEI DATI PERSONALI DEGLI UTENTI
I Dati Personali (che includono i dati identificativi, di recapito, di navigazione e di eventuale scelte effettuate tramite il sito) (di seguito cumulativamente intesi come i “Dati”) forniti dall’interessato (di seguito indicato come “Utente”) o raccolti automaticamente dal presente sito web (di seguito “Sito”), anche mediante sistemi automatizzati, sono tratta ti per le finalità e secondo le modalità di seguito riportate.
